In our current fast-paced society, there seems to be no time for us. Mostly we are just too busy and too pressured to see anything beyond the problems that are right in our face. We have lost the simple connection to our own heart, and therefore have difficulty connecting with others on the heart level.
What keeps us from "falling in love" with our partner over and over again?
What keeps us from getting along with those we know we love?
Why can't we seem to say what we mean and mean what we say?
A heart connection is an experience of moving from our head to our heart, from “figuring it out” to authentically and deeply understanding.
When we can connect to what is universally the same in us, there is then a space to appreciate and honor what is different about us.
